Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I’m a Senior Associate Director of learner experience design and education operations, with experience managing large teams, and a diverse array of short and long form programs. I have particular expertise in emerging technology, online education, adult learning, inclusive design, operational efficiency, and process development. I currently manage multi-million dollar portfolios for higher-education institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Columbia Business School, Imperial College of London, and Kellogg Business School, among others.
I have a deep passion for solving “wicked” problems and working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders. I’m also a lifelong learner and love trying new things, both in work and in life. Currently, I’m learner how to sew and re-visiting the tap dancing lessons of my youth. I’m a Master’s Candidate in the Learning, Design, and Technology at Georgetown University. I have particular interest in learner experience design, instructional design, serious games and gamification, and inclusive design including Universal Design for Learning.
I’m an intrepid explorer and bring my creativity and enthusiasm to any project and team. I’m currently based in Cleveland, OH where I live with my husband and lovable retired racing greyhound, Drier. In my free time, you can find me scootering around the city, practicing my sewing skills, checking out local bookstores, or cheering on any local sports team.
You can reach out to me anytime at lcj23@georgetown.edu.
